Terms of Service
Last updated August 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Connector Companion, a product of The Natework Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Connector Companion, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Connector Companion is
Connector Companion is a private, subscription-based tool that helps you maintain personal relationships: keeping a private contact list, logging meaningful interactions, and getting reminders paced to each relationship. A few things it is deliberately not: it is not a sales CRM, it is not social media, and any guidance or reminders it gives you are generated from clear, deterministic rules -- never by an AI or machine-learning model analyzing your contacts.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is older, to create an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual personal use; you may not share your account with others. Let us know right away at support@connectorcompanion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
- Connector Companion is a paid product with no permanent free tier. Current plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we'll show you the current price before you subscribe or change plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card number ourselves.
- You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- If you switch to a plan with a lower contact limit than your current contact count, we never delete any of your existing contacts -- you keep full access to view, edit, and export all of them. You won't be able to add new contacts beyond your new plan's limit until you're back under it, whether by removing contacts or upgrading again.
Your content
You own the contacts, notes, and other information you enter into Connector Companion. We don't claim ownership over it, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the information you enter about other people, and for having an appropriate basis and relationship for keeping a private record about them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Connector Companion for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, stalk, or harm another person.
- Attempt to access another subscriber's account or data.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or probe the security of the service.
- Use automated means to access the service outside of what we knowingly permit.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.
Our intellectual property
The Connector Companion software, design, and branding belong to The Natework Group, LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Service availability
We work to keep Connector Companion reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. The service, and any guidance or insights it provides, is offered "as is" and is not a substitute for your own judgment -- it's a tool to help you stay organized, not professional advice of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Natework Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Connector Companion. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using Connector Companion and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we'll try to give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue first where the circumstances reasonably allow it.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or your use of Connector Companion, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court.
Agreement to arbitrate. Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or where you've opted out as described below, you and The Natework Group, LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Connector Companion will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
No class actions. Arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither you nor we may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial for claims subject to this agreement. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court instead of arbitration, and the rest of this arbitration agreement remains in effect.
Small claims court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
How arbitration works. Either party starts arbitration by providing written notice to the other. Arbitration may be conducted in person, by phone, or on written submissions, as the AAA's rules provide and the parties agree.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely by emailing support@connectorcompanion.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with your name, your account email, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms, and doesn't affect your ability to use Connector Companion.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Connector Companion after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
